450 acres of Farm

Most of the 450 acres can be ridden across due to the tracks, bridges, grass fields and stubbles.

Menage

The rubber surface of the menage is well drained as well as being floodlit, it also contains a selection of jumps and poles which can be used for schooling.

Jumping Paddock

Available most of the year depending on ground conditions with a mixture of plastic and wooden jumps (with a good range of jumps).

Round Pen

A lot of our clients enjoy practising Natural Horsemanship Techniques in our Round Pen (only available during the summer).

Bedding / Feed

Hay, haylage and straw are produced on our own and local farmland. This is delivered along with your feed and shavings to your stable door each week.

Personal Tackroom

Each stable has its own large adjoining tackroom complete with light and lockable door.

Daily Supervision

Horses are checked during the day and if we notice a problem, we will contact the owner.

Security - There is a member of staff on site 24/7 with a nightly check and the gates are also locked.

Instructors

We have a variety of instructors who come onto the yard to teach our clients in the menage and jumping field but you are welcome to invite your own instructor to train you using the facilities here.

Blacksmiths and Vets

We understand that you may already have a relationship with a particular blacksmith and vet and we are happy to accommodate their visits. If you are a new horse owner we can help provide you with contact details of a range of equine professionals.

Dentist

We have a number of different dentists that attend our yard on a regular basis to ensure that the horses teeth are always kept in good condition.
